Gravity works whether we like it or not.  It works everywhere.  For all time.  For everyone.  At all places.

Airplanes look different but they must all obey the same principles of flight.  Everything from the Wright brothers' biplane to the Space Shuttles.

In the same way...

Principles of Productivity work whether we like them or not.  They work everywhere.  For all time.  For everyone.  At all places.

Systems to get and stay even more productive look different but they must all obey the same principles of productivity. From a paper-based system to the latest computers and mobile devices.

Productivity Mastery  gives you the knowledge and skills to implement eight time-proven principles of productivity that will help you to rapidly take your personal productivity to the next level - and keep it there.

Productivity Mastery will be made available to the general public on 15 May 2021.

Think "Productive": A calm mind is a productive mind.

Have a calm mind, and don't believe the lies people are so fond of, like "I don't have the time", "I have to do this", "I must repond to emails as they arrive".   Our result are driven by our beleifs - beware that hey are not limiting.

MODULE 2
Clarity:
Make your work visible and actionable

Productivity improves when you are crystal clear about what needs to be done - and how that fits in with the bigger picture yor see for your life. The Productivity Decision Tree helps you clarify and prioritse your things to do.

MODULE 3
Alignment: Do only things that support your current priorities.

Use daily and weekly reviews to ensure that everything in your calendar and task list is aligned with your goals and priorities. Delegate. Say NO. Understand and then escape your Productivity Bermuda Triangle, where productivity gets lost.

MODULE 4
Slow down to speed up: Work at the appropriate pace

Take time when creating action reminders.

Your Co-Host:  Duncan Hattingh

As the voicemail message on his cell phone says: ”If I can’t take your call, I am either in a workshop or out cycling!”

Duncan’s industrial engineering background and his love of the “ooh” and “aahhh” moments when people learn a really cool trick in MS Outlook are his inspiration and motivation in helping people use their technology in ways that make them more productive.

Was there life before the Internet, cell phones and gadgets? Duncan’s glad he missed it!

Thanks for stopping by!

I hope our paths cross again soon - on the Open Forum!
